How long does production take?

Most apparel and transfer work ships in 5–7 business days after mockup approval. Laser, 3D, and signage builds run 7–10 business days. Rush production is available on most methods for an added fee, subject to capacity.

What are the rush fees?

Rush adds 20–30% depending on the method and is confirmed before your mockup is approved. Apparel and decals typically add 25%; signage and fabrication add 30%.

What artwork files do you need?

Vector files (SVG, AI, PDF) are ideal. High-resolution PNG or JPG at 300 DPI at final print size also works. We clean up and vectorize artwork in-house when needed.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Most shop products start at a single piece. Signage and brand kits start at one build. Volume discounts begin at 12 units and scale up to 25% at 250+.

When do I pay?

All custom orders are paid in full before production begins. Payment is processed through Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

How does mockup approval work?

After payment, our design team builds your mockup and emails it to you. Production only starts once you approve it in writing. Changes after approval may add design fees.

Do you ship, or can I pick up?

Both. Choose ship or local pickup at checkout. Pickup orders are staged in the DFW area and we message you when they're ready.

What is your refund policy?

Custom products are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Furnace Design Lab. If we produced something incorrectly, we remake or refund it. Full details are on the refund policy page.
