What we collect

Contact details you submit (name, email, phone, company), the content of your quote or order, and any artwork files you upload.

Basic technical data such as pages visited and device type, used to understand site performance.

Uploaded artwork

Artwork you upload is stored in a private storage bucket and is accessible only to Furnace Design Lab staff working on your order.

We use your files solely to produce your order, unless you give written permission to feature the finished work in our portfolio.

You may request deletion of your uploaded files at any time by emailing us.

Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe using Stripe-hosted payment fields. Card numbers, CVC codes, and bank details never reach our servers and are never stored by Furnace Design Lab.

We retain only the order total, payment status, and a Stripe reference so we can support your order.

How we use your information

To quote, produce, and deliver your order; to send mockups and order updates; and to answer your questions.

If you opt into our email list, we may send occasional offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who make the site work — payment processing, hosting, database and file storage, and email delivery.

Retention and your rights

Order records are retained for accounting and reorder purposes. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us.
