Measurements are for our standard Gildan Heavy Cotton tee, in inches. Width is measured flat across the chest, one inch below the armhole. Length is from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem. Allow about an inch of variation.

Lay a shirt you already like flat, measure it the same way, and choose the closest size. Between sizes? Go up for a relaxed fit.
