How it works
From file to pressed garment in five steps
Upload your artwork
PNG with a transparent background is best (300 DPI at final print size). JPG and WEBP work too — we flatten to white-free film automatically.
AI prepress check
Our scanner reviews resolution, transparency, edges, and contrast. If the file can't hold up at print size, a $25 design fee restores it before printing.
Sizing & gang nesting
Pick shirt sizes and placement — we map each to the correct print width. Multiple designs? Nest them on a gang sheet to squeeze out every inch of film.
Print, cure & ship
9-color CMYKW+RGBO printing, powdered and cured, then trimmed and shipped. Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days after art approval.

Always test one piece first — presses vary. Settings assume medium-firm pressure.
Pro tips
What to expect
- Pre-press the garment 5 seconds to drive out moisture and flatten seams.
- Use medium-firm pressure (about 40–60 psi) — light pressure is the #1 cause of lifting.
- Post-press for 3–5 seconds with parchment or a Teflon sheet to lock the ink into the fibers.
- Let the garment cool completely before folding or stacking.
- Wash inside out, cold water, tumble dry low. Skip fabric softener and bleach.
