Refund policy

All Furnace Design Lab orders must be paid in full before design work, customization, printing, production, or fulfillment begins unless a separate written business agreement has been approved in advance.

Submitting payment confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the product details, quantities, sizes, colors, personalization information, artwork requirements, turnaround expectations, and applicable Furnace Design Lab policies.

Orders are not placed into the production queue until payment has successfully cleared.

Quotes, estimates, or shopping carts do not reserve pricing, inventory, production time, or completion dates until the order is paid.

For approved commercial or business accounts with separately negotiated payment terms, those written terms will supersede the standard payment requirement for the applicable order.

Orders may be subject to applicable sales tax, shipping charges, customization fees, design fees, rush fees, or other charges disclosed before checkout or production.
