Shipping policy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Furnace Design Lab is not responsible for packages delayed or returned because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Shipping estimates shown at checkout are estimates provided by shipping carriers and generally begin after production has been completed.

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays may be outside Furnace Design Lab's direct control.

Customers should notify Furnace Design Lab promptly if tracking indicates a package may have been lost, damaged, or improperly delivered.

Carrier investigations or claims may be required before replacement or refund consideration.

Furnace Design Lab is not responsible for theft occurring after carrier-confirmed delivery, although we will assist the customer with available carrier information when reasonably possible.
